  • What are mass voice messages?

He voicemail It has become popular through cell phones, true, many times we say, hey, I left you a message in the message box and a mass voice message is a phone call that when answered plays an audio, many of us have had the opportunity to receive this type of calls from some company. For example, those calls from bank operators, collections, specific businesses, etc. who do it en masse.

  • Types of Use and Audiences

What type of message we want to send and why, what is the reason and purpose of the message we want to send.

We are talking about notification messages, birthday messages, promotional messages, order confirmation messages in the types of mass voice messages. 

Notification messages become very interesting because the user wants to receive notifications of events that are happening in their life, for example, the user bought something online, is waiting for the product to arrive, and may receive a voice message. telling you that your order is about to arrive. That you have all these types of considerations in the preparation, regardless of the product you have purchased.

Companies can use these types of tools to notify you that something is coming to you and that you need to be prepared.

I have complete monitoring of my campaign, who heard it, who rejected it or who has not responded. Voice messages are not appropriate for all audiences, we must have a good knowledge of our audience and know which audience loves these types of messages and which ones do not. 

  • Available destinations:

It can be done for landlines and mobile numbers. There is no problem sending the campaign in Colombia, or Peru, or Central America or North America, Europe or others, what we need is for the platform to be available for those countries.   • Shipping consent and blacklists

There must be a policy for the company, it applies to everything. The consent to receive communications must be the cornerstone of our communication, it ensures that there is a healthy contact policy towards the client, that there is honesty on the part of the company to do this, we know that this is not always the case but there must be an effort to achieve it and on the other hand there has to be the possibility that the person says, I don't want to receive more messages from you, then blacklists can be created. 

There may be blacklists deployed automatically, that is, that telephone number that said it no longer wanted to receive a call enters a blacklist, and even where we have incorporated it into a campaign by mistake, the blacklist blocks it and does not allow it to give that communication, therefore we are covering that need for unwanted communications, because we all have the right to stop receiving messages that we do not want.

  • Legal restrictions

You must have authorized habeas data information and the provision of permitted hours in each country. In the case of Colombia, they restrict us between 8 am and 9 pm. After those times it is not possible and it would be uncomfortable. 

  • Natural voice VS. Automated voice

The voice messages when we answer calls can often be a pre-recorded audio or the voice of a male or female person, and when I receive that message I like it, that type of audio is the most recommended, recording that type of audio with a voice that is pleasant, in case we do not have that voice.

It no longer sounds as robotic as it previously did and did not generate that comfortable feeling.
