iKONO TELECOMMUNICATIONS SAS identified with the NIT. 900.253.186-1, as RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, and in compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, “By which general provisions are issued for the protection of personal data”, and Decree 1377 of 2013, “By which partially regulates Law 1581 of 2012”, it is permitted to inform that the company adopts the following guidelines for the processing of personal data:

Purpose of processing personal data: The personal data provided through its different channels will be processed (collection, storage, use, circulation, deletion and/or transmission) for the specific purpose for which they were provided, especially to manage processing of requests, complaints and claims. . – Provide commercial, advertising or promotional information about products and/or services, in order to promote, invite, direct, execute, inform and, in general, carry out campaigns, events, promotions or contests. – Use of biometric data (sensitive data) such as fingerprint, audio, video and/or photography or through any other means known or to be known for reproduction, communication or transmission on social networks and media such as television, newspapers, website and video surveillance systems, for security, institutional events, advertising campaigns, promotions and contests, among others. – Make known, transfer and/or transmit personal data inside and outside the country to third parties as a result of a contract, law or legal link that requires it, or to implement cloud computing services. – Information to control and prevent fraud and MLFT in any of its forms.


Note. It is expressly noted that the answers to questions regarding sensitive data are optional and therefore the owner is not obliged to authorize their processing.


  1. Rights of the owner. The rights that assist the owner of the personal data provided are: – Know, update and rectify their personal data. – Request proof of the authorization granted except for the exceptions provided for in Law 1581 of 2012. – Be informed regarding the use given to your personal data. – File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of the Law. – Revoke the authorization granted and/or request the deletion of the data when the treatment does not respect the constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees. This revocation or suppression will proceed when the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce has determined that conduct contrary to Law 1581 of 2012 or the Constitution has been incurred. – access free of charge to personal data that has been processed.
