“We see our clients as the guests of a party in which we are the hosts. Our job is to make the customer experience a little better every day.”
Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon

To achieve effective communication with your clients you must take into account 6 basic aspects:

Sense: Think about what you are talking about with the client and try to make everything you say relate to each other and make sense to the client.
Intonation: Try to have variations in tone in your voice, emphasizing the most important moments of the conversation, so that they are accepted by the client as the most relevant part of the message. In this way, it is advisable to deal with secondary words more quickly.
Naturalness: It is important to talk about the topic that is being discussed with complete calm, so that the client feels that you handle it perfectly. If you have doubts about it, it is very important that the client does not realize this and on the contrary, try to give him I drive as best as possible.
Time: Take the time necessary to clarify any doubts the client may have. However, you must detect when you find yourself in front of a talkative client, who talks to us about many topics unrelated to that of interest, you must be kind but firm, direct the conversation and focus the client on what interests them, take advantage of the pauses they make. in your conversation to have control of it and try to ask closed questions to prevent the client from jumping to other topics, this way you optimize your time with this type of client.
Interest: Show the client that you are interested in what they are saying, listen to them and respond kindly, provide feedback on their comments and above all avoid speaking as if you were an answering machine.
Rhythm: Maintain a constant pace throughout the conversation that keeps the client informed on the topic. If you drop the pace, the client will quickly get bored, but if, on the other hand, you keep the pace too fast, you overwhelm him with information and he will end up losing his mind. interest.
