iKONO TELECOMMUNICATIONS SAS identified with the NIT. 900.253.186-1, as CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA, and in compliance with the provisions of the Law 1581 of 2012, In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, “Which establishes general provisions for the protection of personal data,” and Decree 1377 of 2013, “Which partially regulates Law 1581 of 2012,” the company hereby informs that it adopts the following guidelines for the processing of personal data:

1. Purpose of processing personal data: The personal data provided through its different channels will be subject to processing (collection, storage, use, circulation, deletion and/or transmission) for the specific purpose for which they were supplied, especially to manage procedures for requests, complaints and claims.

– To disclose, transfer and/or transmit personal data within and outside the country to third parties as a result of a contract, law or legitimate link that requires it, or to implement cloud computing services. 

– Information to control and prevent fraud and money laundering and terrorist financing in any of its forms.

Note. It is expressly stated that answers to questions concerning sensitive data are optional and, therefore, the data subject is not obliged to authorize its processing.

 2. Rights of the holder. The rights that the owner of the personal data provided has are:

– To know, update and correct your personal data. 

– Request proof of the authorization granted, except for the exceptions provided for by law 1581 of 2012.

– To be informed about the use given to your personal data.

– File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of the Law.

– To revoke the authorization granted and/or request the deletion of the data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees. This revocation or deletion will proceed when the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce has determined that conduct contrary to the law has occurred. 1581 of 2012 or the Constitution.

– Access free of charge the personal data that has been processed.

3. Responsible for the processing and handling of requests.
