Purpose of processing personal data: <\/strong>The personal data provided through its different channels will be subject to processing (collection, storage, use, circulation, deletion and\/or transmission) for the specific purpose for which they were supplied, especially to manage procedures for requests, complaints and claims.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 To provide commercial, advertising or promotional information about products and\/or services, in order to promote, invite, direct, execute, inform and in general, carry out campaigns, events, promotions or contests.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Use of biometric data (sensitive data) such as fingerprint, audio, video and\/or photograph or through any other means known or to be known for reproduction, communication or transmission on social networks and media such as television, newspapers, website and video surveillance systems, for security, institutional events, advertising campaigns, promotions and contests, among others.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 To disclose, transfer and\/or transmit personal data within and outside the country to third parties as a result of a contract, law or legitimate link that requires it, or to implement cloud computing services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Information to control and prevent fraud and money laundering and terrorist financing in any of its forms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note.&nbsp;<\/strong>It is expressly stated that answers to questions concerning sensitive data are optional and, therefore, the data subject is not obliged to authorize its processing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;2. <\/strong><strong>Rights of the holder.&nbsp;<\/strong>The rights that the owner of the personal data provided has are:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 To know, update and correct your personal data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Request proof of the authorization granted, except for the exceptions provided for by law <strong>1581 of 2012.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 To be informed about the use given to your personal data.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of the Law.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 To revoke the authorization granted and\/or request the deletion of the data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees.
